Q: How can I find out what size will fit me best?

A: We have size charts available for each item we carry. Look under the description on the product page for a link to the size chart for that item. There is also a link at the top of every page that takes you to all of our size charts.


Q: How long does it take to ship my order to me?

A: That depends on what you ordered and were you live. All Lingerie orders ship from our eastern Pennsylvania warehouse within in 1 to 3 business days. If you live in the NE region you can expect 1-2 day delivery times on average with UPS. We also use FedEx and USPS in other areas to help us keep delivery times to around 3 days for most parts of the country. Some areas still take as many as 5 days and other delays can extend this time. If this is a rush order for a special occasion please let us know. We offer 3 Day, 2 Day or Next Day Air shipping as well. Please get your order in by Noon Eastern for Rush Shipping.


Q: I need for my order to be shipped discreetly. Is that a problem?

A: No problem at all. All our orders ship in a generic box with just CNK on the shipping label. No one will have any idea what is inside the box.


Q: I just placed an order and paid with PayPal using my credit card. Why does the order status still say pending?

A: If you are trying to ship your order to an address that is not the confirmed billing address of the credit card your order must be manually verified. This can take a few hours. If you are sure the billing address is the same as the shipping address then the payment may not have completed. Please check your credit card account activity to see if your payment is shown there. It should show "CNK Apparel" for all orders from us. If you do not see the payment then payment has not been completed for this order for some reason. Q: I'm sure I completed payment with my credit card but you say it didn't go through, What is going on?

A: If you used PayPal there may have been a problem during the checkout process. They have recently made some changes to the checkout process and it is causing a lot of problems for many people. We can simply send you a "Payment Request" via email that will let you complete your order or you could cancel this order, reorder and use "Google Checkout" to make your payment. Please check your recent credit card activity to see if your payment has been completed for your order. It will show up as "CNK APPAREL" for all order with us. Q: Do you ship to Europe or Australia?

A: No, I'm very sorry but at this time we can't ship any country other than Canada and the USA.


Q: I ordered something that is the wrong size, can I exchange it? Who pays for the shipping?

A: If it's Lingerie then Yes, you can exchange it. The item must be in new, unworn (just trying it on is OK) with all tags and packaging still intact. I most cases you will be responsible for return shipping charges. Once it arrives it must, by law, be inspected and then we'll make the exchange and then ship it back to you for free. Shoes cannot be exchanged for any reason at this time. All shoe and boot sales are final.


Q: I am not happy with the item I just got. Can I return it for a full refund?

A: If you are not happy with any Lingerie you buy from us we will gladly return it. You MUST contact us within 14 days and the item must not be worn or damaged do to use. In most cases you will be responsible for return shipping costs. As soon as the item has arrived back at our warehouse it will be inspected and a refund for the cost of that item will be issued. We cannot refund shipping or handling charges once the item has left our warehouse. Shoes cannot be returned unless they are defective at this time. All shoe and boot sales are final.


Q: I just got my order and the item I ordered is damaged. What do I do?

A: Contact us immediately. We will send you a prepaid shipping label and have you send it back to us. A replacement item will be shipped to you free of charge. You must contact us with 3 days of getting your order.


Q: My order arrived and there is something missing.

A: This is very rare as all orders are triple checked and weighed prior to shipping to confirm that all items for your order are in the box. If the box is damaged an item may have been lost in transit. Please do not accept any package with obvious signs of damage without making the delivery person note the damage. We will have to work with the carrier to get this issue resolved and without that damage notice at delivery it's almost impossible for us to recover your items. Please contact us immediately so we can get you the missing item you ordered as quickly as possible.


Q: I placed an order and want to track it. How can I do that?

A: That's easy. We'll let you know as soon as your order has shipped. You can then login into our website and see your order info in the 'My Account' area. Find your current order and click on it. Look for the 'Tracking Info' link towards the bottom of the info. Click that link to track your order. Be aware, the USPS system is not as fast as UPS or FedEx. It may be as much as 2 days behind. 


Q: I want to get my order shipped to an address other than my billing address, how can I do that?

A: If you want to setup a different shipping address for your order all you need to do is add that to the shopping cart page before you checkout. Under the Billing address is a link to setup a new shipping address. Click that and tell us where you want your order to go. You can also setup a different shipping address in the Address Book are of the My Account section. The address you include with the payment is NOT the address will will use to determine where to ship your order. If you need it shipping to a special address make sure you include that with your info in the shopping cart.


Q: Does item ##### come with the stockings shown in the picture?

A: If the stockings are included it will say clearly in the description that the stockings are included. Most times they are not but they are available by following the link on the product page or by going to our stockings section.
